Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of solytrades.com (the “Website”), which is operated by SolyCode OÜ, trading as SolyTrades. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

The Website is operated by SolyCode OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registration number 17420769, VAT number EE102947663, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Lepatriinu tn 8, 12917, Estonia. SolyTrades is the commercial brand under which SolyCode OÜ presents its trade, sourcing and supply-chain activities. You can reach us at info@solytrades.com or +372 5898 9558.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is provided for general information about SolyTrades and its trading, sourcing, wholesale, procurement and supply-chain advisory activities. Its content is intended to describe what we do and to allow you to make contact or submit a request. It does not constitute legal, commercial, technical, financial or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

3. Business-to-business use

The Website and our services are directed at businesses and professional buyers. They are not intended for consumers or for personal, family or household purposes, and the Website does not offer goods for direct consumer purchase. It contains no prices, shopping basket or checkout, and nothing on it is an invitation to the general public to buy.

4. No offer to the public

Information on the Website is presented for illustration and orientation. Product directions, market descriptions, analytical examples, route scenarios and supplier-assessment descriptions are indicative only and do not represent goods held in stock, a public offer, or a commitment to supply on any particular terms.

5. Enquiries, RFQs and Quotations

An enquiry or RFQ submitted through the Website is a request for information or a commercial proposal and does not constitute a binding order.

A quotation becomes binding only where it expressly provides for acceptance as a means of concluding the relevant transaction and is accepted in accordance with its stated terms. In other cases, a commercial relationship arises through a separate written agreement, order confirmation, purchase-order acceptance or other written confirmation issued by SolyCode OÜ.

No contract is formed automatically merely through access to or use of the Website.

How we handle the personal data in your enquiry or RFQ is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Separate contractual terms

The applicable commercial model, responsibilities, delivery terms and scope of services are defined separately for each transaction. These Terms govern your use of the Website only. They do not form part of, and do not override, any separately signed agreement or accepted quotation between you and SolyCode OÜ. Where these Terms conflict with such a separately agreed document, that document prevails for the transaction it covers.

7. Accuracy of information

We compile the content of the Website with care, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or free from error. Content may be changed, corrected or removed at any time without notice. You should confirm any information that matters to you with us in writing before relying on it.

8. No guarantees

Nothing on the Website is a guarantee. In particular, we do not guarantee the availability of any product, the approval or acceptance of any supplier, or any particular route cost, transit time or delivery date. Outputs of our AI-assisted analysis and any estimates are analytical and are provided for decision-support; they are not guarantees. SolyTrades does not certify or officially approve any facility.

SolyTrades provides logistics analysis, planning and coordination support. Physical transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing and related regulated services may be performed by qualified independent service providers under separate arrangements. All requests remain subject to product, counterparty, destination, end-use, sanctions and export-control screening.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, layout, code, and the SolyTrades name, logo and marks — are owned by or licensed to SolyCode OÜ and are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the Website for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any part of it beyond what applicable law permits without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any connected system;
  • introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content by automated means without our consent;
  • submit content that is unlawful, infringing or misleading, or personal data relating to others without a lawful basis.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, provided for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Certain functions of the Website rely on third-party service providers, who operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolyCode OÜ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on Website content, from the unavailability of the Website, or from links to or materials of third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

13. Sanctions and export controls

You agree not to use the Website or our services in a way that would breach applicable sanctions or export-control laws, and not to request goods or services intended for prohibited end-users or end-uses. SolyTrades handles lawful civilian B2B products only. All requests remain subject to product, counterparty, destination, end-use, sanctions and export-control screening, and we may decline any request on compliance grounds.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law. Individual transactions and services may be governed by separate contractual terms. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is identified by the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

16. Contact
