How We Work
A structured path from enquiry to delivery.
Every request follows a defined sequence — from the initial requirement and supplier search to commercial structuring, coordination and delivery documentation.
The process
Six steps, in order.
Each stage builds on the information confirmed during the previous stage, allowing the transaction to be assessed and structured before execution begins.
Enquiry & RFQ
The request arrives with the essentials — product, quantity, destination and the intended civilian application. This defines what is being asked and frames everything that follows.
Feasibility & Initial Review
We assess commercial feasibility, technical suitability and the principal requirements relevant to the proposed product, destination and transaction structure.
Sourcing & supplier assessment
Potential suppliers are identified and compared across the relevant sourcing markets. Capabilities, commercial terms and available documentation are reviewed before a shortlist is prepared.
Quotation & commercial model
The commercial model, delivery terms and scope are defined for this transaction, and a quotation is issued. Depending on the transaction and agreed scope, SolyTrades may act as a contractual seller, B2B trading partner, sourcing intermediary, procurement coordinator or supply-chain consultant.
Coordination & execution
Order coordination, inspection and logistics are arranged and monitored for the transaction. SolyTrades provides logistics analysis, planning and coordination support; physical transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, inspections and related regulated services may be performed by qualified independent service providers under separate arrangements.
Delivery & documentation
Goods are delivered into the European market, accompanied by the commercial and technical documentation that the transaction requires.
What holds the process together
Three principles behind the sequence.
The order of the steps is not administrative. It reflects how we decide what we will and will not do, and how an obligation actually comes into being.
Requirements come first
The process begins with the product, specification, quantity, destination and commercial priorities.
Scope is defined per transaction
The role of SolyTrades, responsibilities, delivery terms and required third-party services are confirmed for each engagement.
Commitment is confirmed in writing
Commercial obligations arise through the written documents applicable to the individual transaction.
A commercial relationship arises only through a separate written agreement, accepted quotation or written order confirmation issued by SolyCode OÜ.
