AI Intelligence
Decision intelligence for sourcing and supply.
We use AI to structure evidence, compare options and surface relevant differences and risk indicators, helping our specialists make faster and better-informed sourcing and supply-chain decisions.
Principle
Evidence in, judgement out.
Two capabilities sit behind our trading work: one models how goods could move; the other examines who would make and supply them. Both organise information for a human decision — they do not act autonomously on your behalf.
It reads documents and data, normalises them and highlights differences, gaps and risk indicators.
Sourcing choices, quotations and contractual commitments are made and signed by people; no legally significant decision is made by automation alone.
Outputs are analytical estimates. AI does not visit a factory and does not approve or certify anyone.
Capability 01
AI Supply Chain Modelling
Model how a product could reach the European market: which routes and modes are plausible, what they are likely to cost and take, and where they are exposed. Scenarios are built to be compared and stress-tested — not to promise a number.
- Sourcing and delivery-route modelling across our four markets into Europe
- Transport-mode comparison and multimodal supply-scenario development
- Estimated transit-time analysis and cost-component comparison
- Consolidation-point, port, terminal and hub comparison
- Customs and border constraint analysis at a planning level
- Contingency-route development and operational-risk identification
Outputs are scenario-based estimates prepared from the available inputs and should be considered together with current commercial and operational information.
Illustrative — scenario comparison, not a quotation
Capability 02
AI Supplier & Facility Assessment
Understand who you would be buying from. We screen suppliers, read their documents and evidence, compare stated capabilities and surface risk indicators and inconsistencies — before anyone commits.
What the AI examines
- Supplier screening against the request and known risk signals
- Document and evidence analysis for completeness and consistency
- Capability comparison across candidate suppliers
- Risk indicators and inconsistency detection
- Structured evidence review that a person can audit
Clear limits
AI does not physically inspect a factory. On-site inspections may be coordinated through qualified local or independent inspection specialists. SolyTrades does not present an assessment as an official certification or regulatory approval.
The scope, methodology, location, inspection provider and reporting requirements are agreed separately for each assignment.
Three layers of assessment depth
Assessment escalates only as far as a transaction warrants — from desk analysis to independent people on site.
AI-Assisted Analysis
Supplier screening, document analysis, capability comparison, risk indicators, inconsistency detection and structured evidence review — carried out on the material provided.
Remote Assessment
Review of documents, photographs, video materials, virtual facility walkthroughs, certificates, quality-control records, equipment lists and production evidence — examined at a distance before travel is considered.
On-Site Inspection
A physical facility visit by qualified independent specialists: production observation, equipment verification, packaging and order-status inspection, photographic reporting and non-conformity documentation.
These limits are part of how we approach responsible sourcing, supplier assessment and supply-chain analysis.
Test a request before you commit.
Share a product, a destination or a shortlist of suppliers, and we will return a structured, evidence-based view with clear next steps.
